I’ve Been In The Fitness Industry For 10+ Years Working In The Likes Of Pure Gym, Fusion Lifestyle, Linton Fitness And Iron Island. I Am Also The Gym Manager At Linton Fitness. I’ve Also Trained Clients Using Online Services Through Lockdown And Outside Of Lockdown To Help My Clients Reach Their Dream Fitness Goals.

I’ve Prepped And Entered A Men’s Physique Show To See How Dedicated And How Far I Can Push My Body To See What Limits I Can Go To. I Like To Practice What I Preach As It Allows Me To See First-Hand The Importance Of How Nutrition And Training Go Hand In Hand With Each Other And How To Utilise Both To Their Full Potential.

My Passion Is Bodybuilding And Confidence Building. I Like To See People Come Out Of Their Shell And Be Much More Confident In Their Body And Be Proud Of What They Can Achieve Whether It Is Lifting A Certain Amount Of Weight Or Looking A Certain Way Or Even Losing Stubborn Body Fat.

We Will Log Your Workouts Through My Training App, We Will Be Able To Log Weights, Sets And Reps To See How You Are Progressing. Within This App As Well I Can Set Habits, Nutrition Goals, Step Count, Weight, Check In Photos.
